On 28 February, as a side event to the Cooperation Committee meeting held in Norway (Trondheim), the third and the last partnership agreement was signed, covering the project “Modern methods of court management (the implementation)”. Representatives of the Programme Operator, i.e. the Polish Ministry of Justice and the Programme Partner – Norwegian National Courts Administration as well as representatives of the Project Promoter participated in the event.

Within the Operational Programme “Judicial capacity building and cooperation/ Improving the efficiency of justice” three of the six pre-defined projects will be implemented in partnership with the Norwegian National Courts Administration. In February this year the partners managed to sign three project partnership agreements, which followed many months of negotiations on the principles of cooperation.

Participation in partnership projects should provide opportunity to develop bilateral relations and determine new fields of cooperation as a result of additional initiatives within the broadly understood justice sector.
