Stationary Training for the Management Staff of Courts and Other Employees of Common Courts – a Summary

As part of the project Modern methods of court management (the implementation) at the order of the Department of Courts, Organisation and Judicial Analyses in the Ministry of Justice, between 07.01.2016 and 26.03.2016, stationary trainings were conducted for the court management staff and other employees of common courts in the area of HR, finance and IT tools.

Training Subject:
I. Area Concerning Personnel Management:
1. Improvement of managerial competences,
2. Effective work time management and work organisation,
3. Building decision-making skills and increasing effectiveness of activities in conflict-solving within the team/organisation, and building organisational culture,
4. Building a team and human resources management effectiveness,
5. Motivation in the organisation,
6. Communication in the organisation,
7. Workflow training in the scope of personnel processes (judges/court referendaries/officers),
8. HR module – Personnel in the ZSRK system in practice – advanced course,

II. Area concerning finance management:
1. Reporting and financial accounting,
2. Principles of public financial economy and responsibility for a breach of public finance discipline,
3. Managerial control and risk management in the public sector,
4. Task budget as an instrument for managing public finances,
5. ZSRK and SAP training for chief accountants.

III. Area concerning IT tools management (authorized training Virtualization – Vmware):
1. VMware vSphere: Install, Configure, Manage,
2. VMware vSphere: Fast Track,
3. VMvare vSphere: Optimize and Scale.

IV. IT domain training:
1. MCSA Windows Server 2012 (authorized training-3 training session cycle),
2. SQL Server 2012 (authorized training – 2 training session cycle).

Summary results of evaluation surveys concerning competences and skills acquired by the participants during the conducted training confirm the high effectiveness of the training process. From all the answers provided, it seems that more than 93% of the participants assessed that the training allowed them to raise their competences and deepen their theoretical knowledge in the concerned area. Additionally, 89% of training participants stated that the competencies acquired during the training will be useful in their professional life.
